Membership Categories
GOLF 1: Entitles member to unlimited golf privileges and the use of all other club facilities including pool, tennis, dining and fitness center. Spouse has full use of all club facilities except for golf, however spouse will be allowed to play golf once a month with the payment of applicable greens fees. Qualified children have full golf privileges.
GOLF 2: Entitles member, spouse and qualified children to unlimited golf privileges and use of all other club facilities including pool, tennis, dining and fitness center.
FAMILY SOCIAL: Entitles Member, Spouse and qualified Children to use of all Club facilities except Golf. Golf may be played by Member, Spouse and each qualified Child once a month for Greens fees.
SINGLE SOCIAL: Entitles Member and qualified Children to use of all Club facilities except golf. Golf may be played once a month by Member and each qualified Child for Greens fees.
DINING/TENNIS: Entitles member, spouse and qualified children to the use of tennis dining facilities only. There are no once a month golf privileges permitted.
DEFINITITION - Qualified Children: Any Child of a Member or Member's Spouse until such child becomes 25 years old, marries or establishes a residence (excluding college) other than residence of his/her parent (excluding residence of another non-Member parent).
FOOD MINIMUM/SERVICE CHARGES: The Service Charges (established by the Board of Governors from time to time) will be at the Family rates for all categories of Membership except Single Golf Unmarried and Single Social, which will be at the Single Member rate; and the Food Minimums (established by the Board of Governors from time to time) will be at the Family Rates for all categories of Membership except Single Golf (whether Unmarried or Married) and Single Social, which will be at the Single Member rate.
SEASONAL MEMBERSHIP: Seasonal Memberships in any golfing category (and not any other category, except as hereinafter described) may be granted to any Member who has reached the age of 70 and who has been a Golfing Member in good standing for 10 consecutive years. The Seasonal Member shall be entitled to all of the privileges of the Golfing Membership selected. In order to qualify, as a "10 consecutive year" Member, a Seasonal Member must maintain and occupy for a reasonable portion of the year (as determined by the Board of Governors from time to time) an additional residence more than 100 miles from Crestview, but may maintain a residence to live temporarily in the local area. A person may qualify as a Seasonal Member, without maintaining and occupying an additional residence more than 100 miles from Crestview if such person has reached the age of 70 and has been a Golfing Member in good standing for 15 consecutive years.
OUT OF TOWN MEMBERSHIP: Any Family Membership wherein at least one Spouse or any Single Membership wherein the single member resides more than 25-49 miles from the Clubhouse and does not reside, temporarily or otherwise, within 25-49 miles of the Clubhouse at any time during the year shall be deemed Out of Town Memberships with a 20% reduction, 50+ miles will be a 40% reduction.
SENIOR EMERITUS MEMBERSHIP: Any man or woman who shall have attained the age of 85, who shall have been a member for at least 10 consecutive years immediately prior to attaining such age, regardless whether his or her membership has been or otherwise would be a Family, Single, Corporate, Seasonal, Out of Town or other Membership, shall be entitled to Senior Emeritus status.
Any person or family entitled to Senior Emeritus status shall not be obligated to pay any dues or operating or capital assessments, but shall pay all other Club charges, based on his/her membership category.
SENIOR MEMBERSHIP: Any man or woman who has attained the age of 80 (but not yet the age of 85) and has maintained membership for at least 10 years prior to his/her eightieth birthday (or, if over the age of 80, for 10 years prior to seeking Senior Membership status) shall be responsible only for 75% of dues, applicable to such member's Membership category; provided however that such Senior Member shall be responsible for full payment of all assessments and all other club charges including, without limiting the same, food, beverages, golf carts and any other "consumable" type items.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
A. Any person's age, for CCC's accounting purposes, shall be deemed to change on the first day of the month succeeding his/her birthday.
B. Any reference to "spouse" shall be deemed to include a person's Domestic Partner (of either sex). Domestic Partners shall be entitled to Family Membership.
